Meme tokens live and die by attention, but tracking who's driving that attention, and whether it's real, has always been a guessing game. Social Pulse changes that.

Social Pulse is Memoo's native social intelligence layer, accessible directly from every token page. It automatically detects and aggregates X activity related to a token based on:

• Ticker cashtags → $TICKER

• Official project mentions → @TwitterID

Key Metrics

The Social Pulse panel tracks four live indicators:

• Yap Power (7D) — overall social strength based on tweet volume and account influence over the last 7 days

• Yap Power 7D ATH — the peak Yap Power score recorded in the last 7 days

• Yaps (7D) — total number of qualifying tweets mentioning the token

• Yap Momentum (24H) — percentage change in tweet volume over the last 24 hours

Yap Power Explained

Yap Power measures the social strength of a token by combining tweet volume with the influence of the accounts posting about it. Not all tweets carry equal weight — accounts are tiered by follower count, and accounts with fewer than 1,000 followers are excluded entirely to prevent manipulation.

Social Pulse Chart

The Social Pulse chart visualizes the relationship between social activity, price, and holder growth over time:

• Green line — token price trend

• Purple bars — holder count over time

• Circle icons — yapper profile pictures showing who tweeted about the token at that point in time (1,000+ followers minimum to appear)

Alpha Yappers

The first 50 accounts to tweet about a token are permanently recorded on its token page — in order. These are the Alpha Yappers. This is Memoo's public register of who discovered a token first, giving traders visibility into early KOL interest and giving yappers a verifiable track record of their calls.

Each yapper is listed with their handle, follower count, and like count on their tweet — giving you a quick read on both their reach and the engagement their call generated.

Of those 50, the first 30 qualify for Yap Points — Memoo's scoring system that determines leaderboard ranking and reward distribution. The remaining 20 are still recognized on the token page, but don't earn points.

Once all 50 slots are filled, scanning stops. Any tweets after that no longer contribute to Yap Power or the Alpha Yapper register.

The Yapper Leaderboard on MemooGecko

The first meme yapper leaderboard in the industry. Every cycle, the top 200 yappers are ranked publicly on MemooGecko — visible to traders, creators, and the entire ecosystem.

Yapper Rewards

The Top 100 Yappers on the leaderboard share 0.5% of the total supply of all tokens that graduated each cycle. Points are earned by being among the first 30 to tweet about a token, weighted by follower count.
