Fees

1. Token Creation Fees

• Bonding Curve: ~0.02 SOL (anti-spam, account validation).

• IMO: ~0.008 SOL (anti-spam, account validation). Cost is split among the first 20 buyers.

2. Trading Fees

• Bonding Curve: • 1% fee on buys/sells on the bonding curve • 0.25% fee on trades after migration to Raydium

• IMO: • No trading fee during the sale • 0.25% fee on trades after migration to Raydium

3. Migration Fees

• Bonding Curve (when curve graduates at 54 SOL raised): • 0.5 SOL reserved for DEX migration infra (Raydium pool deployment) • 3.5 SOL allocated to the Memoo treasury (ecosystem operations & protocol sustainability)

• IMO: • 10% of total SOL raised goes to the Memoo Buyback & Burn wallet • 3% of total token supply goes to the Memoo Fund (paired-token fees & ecosystem growth)
