Each IMO follows a fixed maximum supply of 10 billion tokens, designed to balance creator incentives, liquidity, and community participation.

IMO Sale – 50%

• Allocated to IMO presalers, ensuring broad distribution among early supporters.

• Tokens purchased in the IMO are distributed proportionally after the sale concludes and enter circulation immediately.

• Unsold tokens are burned at the conclusion of the sale.

* Creators have the option to buy up to 25% of token supply at the same price as the everyone else.

Liquidity Pool – 45%

• Reserved to seed the Raydium pool alongside all funds raised during the IMO (minus the migration fee).

Creator Reward – 1%*

• Allocated to the creator wallet upon successful liquidity migration to Raydium.

• Subject to milestone-based unlocks tied to project performance.

Airdrop Campaigns – 1%*

• Reserved for community airdrop campaigns to boost early engagement.

• Airdrop tokens are claimable only when the token reaches 2× its launch price, ensuring early supporters keep supporting with the project beyond launch.

• If no airdrop campaign is set by the creator, these tokens are permanently burned.

Memoo Fund – 3%

• Allocated to support the long-term growth of the Memoo ecosystem.

• Tokens are may be used for community incentives, strategic initiatives, and protocol development.

• Memoo commits not to transfer these tokens until two conditions are met:

  • Creator allocations are unlocked based on FDV milestones

  • The token secures its first centralized exchange listing
